HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY?

• Free delivery applies within 75km Brisbane CBD

  • Check if you are in the free delivery area by searching on Google 'Brisbane CBD' to 'Event Location'

  • Includes Brisbane, Ipswich, Caboolture, Samford, Cleveland, Sirromet, Coomera, and most areas of Surfers and Tamborine Mountain

  • Minimum spend of $200 applies

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EVENT IS OUTSIDE 75KM BRISBANE CBD?

• A delivery fee applies for bookings outside the free delivery area:

  • Between 75-100km Brisbane CBD - $200​ (+ minimum spend $500)

    • Includes Maleny, Caloundra, Gatton, Kooroomba​

  • Between 100-125km Brisbane CBD - $400 (+ minimum spend $500)

    • Includes Montville, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Tweed Heads, Coolangatta, Kingscliff, Summergrove Estate​

  • Between 125-150km Brisbane CBD - $500 (+ minimum spend $500)

    • Includes Noosa Heads, Eumundi, Yabbaloumba, Toowoomba, Gabbinbar Homestead​

  • Outside 150km Brisbane CBD - Price available on request

**COMMON SENSE POLICY**

• There are some common sense rules that apply to delivery:

  • We need to be able to drive to your event location!

    • It sounds like it goes without saying but you'd be surprised! If we have to hop on a boat or ferry,  or if we can't actually drive there e.g. you're setting up in a remote location with no road access, then there will be additional costs and other considerations involved.

  • We don't set up on beaches

    • The weather, lack of vehicle or trolley access, lack of power, and liability of setting up solid items on the sand.. it's a no for us.​

  • We don't set up on boats 

    • Sorry, our insurance won't allow it! 

  • We don't set up on roofs

    • Just to clarify, rooftop function spaces - excellent! Rooftop balconies - stunning! But the actual roof of a building? Also a no from us.​
