Proposal backdrop delivery info

We offer free delivery within 75km Brisbane CBD. This covers all of Brisbane, Ipswich, and down to Southport Gold Coast. Read more about our free delivery areas and delivery inclusions by clicking here.

Essential delivery information, terms and conditions:

​

• PUBLIC PARKS: 

  • We can set up in a public park however please note:

  1. Someone must remain with the set up at all times e.g. friend or family member, otherwise one of our team can remain on site with the items but an attendant fee will apply

  2. We require vehicle and trolley access to the location i.e. it cannot be a remote area,

  3. Must have an alternative wet/windy weather location, no refund will be provided if we cannot set up due to weather,

  4. The hirer takes full responsibility for the event installation and all relevant approvals or consents required ​

• HOTEL ROOMS: We can set up in a hotel room however please note we need to have approval to access the room at the agreed upon delivery time (either yourself or a friend on site to give us access or prior approval from the hotel)​

• BEACH SET UPS: We don't set up on beaches. For a beachy alternative we recommend a waterfront view hotel room, the artificial beach at Imperial Hotel Gold Coast, or a function space at a venue/restaurant with a sea view.

• BOAT SET UPS: We don't set up on boats, however we can set up at the marina or at a nearby restaurant to pop the question after or before your cruise.

• ACCESS TO POWER: Most of our illuminated set ups require access to a single standard power point. We do have a generator available for hire if required.

• TIMING: Most of our proposal backdrops require minimum 60-90 minutes to install
